Changing your handle isn’t difficult at all. It can be done in 5-10 minutes.

Step 1

Go to Twitter.

Step 2

Login with your username and password.

Step 3

Click on the tiny version of your profile pic at the top right of your screen. If you don’t have a pic, it will be the classic egg symbol.

A menu will pop up. Choose Settings.

Find the Account heading and look for the username field.

The process is very similar and it works for both Android and IOS devices.

Step 1

Open the Twitter app.

Step 2

Tap on your profile picture, in the top left corner.

Step 3

Press the “Profile” button.

You should see an “Edit profile” button in the right side of your display. Tap it once again.

Step 5

You can now modify the Twitter name into the “Name” field.

Press the save button and you’re good to go!
