How to Deactivate Zoosk

For both temporary and permanent Zoosk deletion, the first step is to deactivate your account. If this is temporary, keep in mind that deactivating will hide your profile from other members and you will lose your connections and subscription benefits.

To fully deactivate, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log in to your Zoosk account.
Step 2: Open the menu by clicking on your display name in the top right corner.

How to Pause Zoosk

From your computer:

Step 1: On your computer, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your account.
Step 2: In the top right corner of the screen click on your display name.
Step 3: Use the drop-down menu to select “Account Settings”.
Step 4: On the next page, select “Edit”, which is next to “Account Status”.
Step 5: Click “Pause Account”, then follow the prompts to complete the process.

From your Android app:

Step 1: Open the Zoosk app.
Step 2: In the top left corner of the screen, select the Menu icon.
Step 3: Select “Settings”, then select “Account Status”.
Step 4: Tap “Pause Account”, and then follow the steps to end the procedure.

From your iOS app:

Step 1: Open the Zoosk app.
Step 2: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap the Gear icon to go to “Settings”.
Step 4: Select “Account Status”.
Step 5: Select “Pause Account”, and then follow the instructions.

How to Remove Zoosk from Facebook

If you’ve connected Zoosk to your Facebook account, you’ll want to remove those permissions so that Zoosk no longer appears in your Facebook feed. This section will tell you how to delete Zoosk from your Facebook account.

Step 4: If you don’t get a response after three days, call Zoosk customer service directly at 888-939-6675. They are open Monday through Friday, 9-5 pm PST.
