While Mac computers can be very easy to use, there are some functions that are a lot different from PCs. One function that is different from traditional PCs is the print screen process. How to Print Screen on Mac – Whole Screen
When looking to print screen Mac users can follow a few simple steps, which will allow them to print the entire screen.
Step 1 – Hold down the command key once you know what you want to print. This is also called the Open Apple key, shift, and press 3. It will automatically take a screen shot of the screen.
Step 2 – Once the screen shot of the screen is taken, the Mac computer will automatically place the screen shot into a .JPG file and the file will be saved to your desktop.
Step 3 – Open up the .JPG file.
Step 4 – At the top of the screen, pull down the file window and select print. You will then be prompted to approve the print job. Be sure to select the appropriate print options, including color.
