How to Show Battery Percentage on iPhone
Follow the steps below to show the battery percentage remaining on your iPhone.
Step 1: Press the home button at the bottom of your iPhone to go to your main homescreen.
Step 2: Tap on the icon labeled “Settings” to view all of the available system settings on your iPhone.
Step 3: Select the row labeled “Battery” from the list of setting categories. The “Battery” category is listed in the same group as “General” and “Wallpaper,” near the top of the list.
Step 4: Find the setting labeled “Battery Percentage.” This setting will appear just above the “Battery Usage” area that lists which applications are using most of your phone’s battery power.
Step 5: Move the slider next to “Battery Percentage” to the green “On” position.
Step 6: Look in the upper-right corner of the screen to see the remaining battery percentage displayed beside the battery icon. This number will update in real-time, as your battery drains throughout the day.
The remaining battery percentage can be hidden at any time by going back to the “Battery” category in the “Settings” application, and switching the slider back to the gray “Off” position. If the battery percentage is not being displayed accurately, try restarting your iPhone and leaving it plugged into a wall outlet until the battery is fully recharged.
